I order a dolly and a furniture cart and pads. Non of these things were there and I got charged for them. How pathetic I always have issues with U-Haul but we are forced to use them and they pull this shit all the time. We had to get everything on the truck without these items

Not the locations fault, but absolutely the worse experience I have ever had using U-haul (have used many times)! It was a reserved Saturday morning pickup at 10:00, during closed store hours and uhauls site was down! Could not use the app nor the website to pick up the truck and the store was closed. I called the help line and was supposed to get a call back within one hour. 2 1/2 hours later I get a call. Need to find a new moving company. Once the store opened 11:30, we went back and the store owner tried various ways to get me the truck but since the site was not working it was a huge time delayed struggle! Not what anyone wants to experience on an already stressful moving day!
Connor RI booked at the Uhaul store but had to pickup at Cultured Cowboy. I did not get the same price as when booked at Uhaul. The truck wa noy running well so I opened the hood and found the air box was not closed also the truck needs an alingment, has a bad pull to the left. I basically had to drive 1000 miles constantly holding the wheel to the right. It did make slight left turns effortlessly. Ha
michael dThis place sucked. It took us an hour from the getting there to the time we left. The trailer was old a beat up. The staff lost my father in laws reservation for the truck. They were so busy answering other phone calls and doing who knows what. It was honestly the worst u haul experience I’ve had. The store was gross. There was no air. You guys really have to do better.
