The new UHaul policy of checking out at the location is ill-thought and very non-customer friendly. I will not be seeking business with U Haul again.

Tank was empty, they closed early and I got double charged when I did what they told me to do (keep truck until they re open) and was charged for gas even though I returned it with more in the tank then when I received it. Extremely unhappy. Considering legal recourse
DAKOTA MHave the pickup process better. Everyone more than one employee should know the process.
