Making the customer do all the work that an employee would do is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. You don’t pay me to do your paperwork for you, but yet you charge me an arm and leg. And I put at least 10 extra dollars worth of gas in there than what was in there to begin with my rental time was 9 o’clock, but after I did all the paperwork for you, it was 930 but if I’ve been late after 1 o’clock due to charge me extra I’m pretty sure I will never rent a U-Haul from you guys again.

The location is closed on Sunday, my rental day. I parked the truck at the locked, gated entrance, but could not see a drop box for the key.
ZARA PTrash in the cab, and passenger door was busted
Austin VThey did not notify me some of the equipment I rented was not available at the location until I arrived stating that they had just seen my request. I placed order a week before. Very dismissive and unhelpful.
