Arrived an hour early and was told I had to wait until my scheduled time because the truck was still out from a previous rental.
TALEN SWalked into the location to get a truck, after taking all my information including my credit card I was told I was still on E-Alert. I explained to the location that this was supposed to be rectified last time but they still wouldn’t rent to me until customer service removed me from E-Alert.
