I was charged an extra 26 miles over what I drove the truck. I assume it was to put fuel in the truck as I did not do that. I can't imagine why so much mileage was charged when there is a fuel station within one mile of the drop off location. Your advertising is very misleading. No mention of the $15 safe move fee, or the other addons.
Robert WIt was a typical feed store. I had to talk to the U-Haul person on the phone as she was not on location and nobody there could do U-Haul. Once I finished dealing with the woman on the phone and the contract was finalized, I was then informed by the man who was sent to hook up the trailer that there were no moving pads (I had asked for and paid for 6). Since the U-Haul person was not on site there was no way to adjust the contract, nor could I get back the money I paid for the pads. This caused me a lot of stress as I was afraid I would be charged a replacement fee since there were pads on the contract and I didn't have any to return.
John MDrop off was easy and easy. Overall price of a one way open trailer rental was extremely high in my opinion.
JAMES RCould not understand what the order was or how to see that it was for a car hauler not a toy trailer for RV toys. Had call company when half way home and that is a one hour drive. the lady said of course we have the trailer so we had to turn around and go to a new location where we received the correct trailer without any issues. Employe needs to do a check with corporate office if they have concerns and ask questions.
