Service at the location was ok, but service with U-Haul itself was not. No one explained to us how to adjust the side mirrors. Thank goodness we found a reddit thread that explained it. The link to upload my driver's license did not work. The link to send pics of the truck condition timed out and then was inaccessible. A U-Haul telephone service representative was unavailable to speak with for 45min when we were supposed to be on the road. The 10" truck I booked was not available at pickup and we were forced to drive a much larger 15" truck which was way too big for our belongings and more expensive on gas. It rained heavily during our commute and any upholstered furniture adjacent to the inside walls of the truck was saturated.

Patriza LSecond time I booked a uhaul 6 weeks-2months in advance only to discover the nearest truck was 3-5 hours away. Insanity on moving day. Managed to find a truck that was 1.5 hours away and I ended up paying 2x what I was quoted on reservation and I was under the estimated km. I could have hired movers for cheaper. The dealer guy was fantastic, pick up and drop off was great! but the reliability and cost were ridiculous for something that’s supposed to save you money
