Had to drive truck 40 miles one-way to pick up 12-foot trailer. Otherwise, no unhappy issues at all.

I received a larger truck from Uhaul at no extra cost to me. This was very appreciated. I did reserve a handcart (dollie) but this was not available when I picked up the truck.
Michael RI'm not sure where the miscommunication happened but we spoke to someone on the phone that told us to drop off at a different location because this place wasn't open on Easter Sunday. He gave us another location in Hendersonville. Then we were charged $12.00 for dropping off a the wrong location. I don't know anything about this location because I didn't go there.
