Customer service. The gentleman that was at the location wasn’t very friendly at all. From the moment I got there the first thing I said was hi. I’m here for a pick up and directly after that he said I’ll pick up for what? Then somehow I must’ve put the wrong telephone number in my reservation attitude about that. He asked me whose number it was and I said I don’t know, but I’m giving you the correct number. The entire process was uncomfortable and lacked polite customer service. I have used U-Haul previously and didn’t experience the same attitude. I probably wouldn’t go back to that one again conveniently is the closest one to me, but I would just go further because of the treatment I received.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAlthough I selected yes, the cabin and cargo box of the vehicle was untidy. I swept it out, but didn't have a vacuum to give the cabin a good clean. Additionally, I did not get the furniture dolly I was charged for. The furniture pads weren't loaded in the back of the truck, as expected, so I had to pick up some furniture pads that were piled on the floor next to the building. Asides from that, the truck worked well. No issues.
Keldon WThe odometer readings did not coincide with what was on the dashboard. it had me at 75 miles when my numbers only show 55. I was charged an additional 60$. I contacted the Uhall place and they said they would look into it. Now 3 days later nothing, no calls no email, no resolution. A mistake was made and I should be reimbursed for the amount that was incorrect.
MarK ACheck out process was fast and easy, but there were not enough blankets available for my order of 12.
