Like I stated in the review the alignment was terrible and did not ride as you state on the side of the truck as a GENTLE RIDE. I would encourage you to take this on the interstate and see how bad it rides. Plus you have major noises if what I could hear inside the cab that was coming from the outside back by the box.

Safwat AGreat customer service. Would use again.
Todd VLast minute switching the customer to a pickup location an hour away is unacceptable. There's a reason I booked everything weeks in advance, it's not ok to change that less than 24 hrs before pickup time. I will not be using uhaul ever again as a result of this nightmare
Katrina MThe employee who helped us was very nice and super helpful. He listened to our concerns about being charged around $2,100 after originally being quoted about $1,595 and agreed that the difference was absurd. He made the drop-off process much easier and was great to work with. I really appreciated his help after the confusion with the original rental.
