The "automated" pick up / drop off system using the Uhaul app was an extremely frustrating experience. The first question in the app is "what do you want to rent" it should be "do you have a reservation?" to avoid the 75 minute exercise I went thru with useless chat bots and phone calls with humans. It was so bad that I saw it as a personal opportunity to preserve and overcome. But in the end - the only way I managed to rent a truck occurred when the very sweet human showed up and handed me the keys.

JD MThe truck experienced a couple of technical issue enroute. The MIL light is on and the "service" light cam on after what felt like a transmission issue. I began monitoring the trans temp and this occurred when the temperature hit 207f. I was pulling a near fully loaded car trailer with about 4000 lbs on it, plus the truck was completely full to the ceiling. Seems to me I should have been asked if I had experienced any issues when I turned in the equipment. Just helpful feedback.
