The trailer I rented was very clean, however the trailer brake system was not working properly and made for a difficult trip.

KEVIN HI was charged for a furniture dolly and never received it, I asked for a refund and haven't received it yet. Everyone was nice, I just want the refund on the dolly please.
Ronnie WPoor signage, was not aware that the uhaul center was located within the gas station. After walking around the entire building i walked inside to ask the gas station clerk where I could find the uhaul center she then pointed me to a tiny computer monitor that had a “uhaul” sticker on it. The gas station or uhaul needs to have better directions and signs of where it is located to prevent further confusion.
