I was told I needed to connect the trailer myself, they didn't do a safety check to check brake lights or turn signals. The trailer leaked. I had to drive in rain and when I arrived at my destination the corner of my mattress was soaking wet.

I was charged the "Safe Move Plus" insurance without being given the opportunity to decline this and had to request the refund from corporate.
paul wThe man at the counter did not know what he was doung, he messed up our reservation. We were originally to pick up elsewhere and it was transfered to them due to availability. We were a one way reservation. He made it a there and back to his local. Caused huge issue when we returned it to Elkhart. It was very frustrating.
Timothy FThis location, doesn't have you ready the contract. Never advise regarding gasoline. Only advise was to take a picture, over the truck. Not good customer.
