The man at the counter did not know what he was doung, he messed up our reservation. We were originally to pick up elsewhere and it was transfered to them due to availability. We were a one way reservation. He made it a there and back to his local. Caused huge issue when we returned it to Elkhart. It was very frustrating.

This location, doesn't have you ready the contract. Never advise regarding gasoline. Only advise was to take a picture, over the truck. Not good customer.

Larry SMy location was changed on me from a place that was closer to where I was moving. This meant I paid extra in mileage due to the change in location. I also put gas in the U-Haul before returning and was still charged an additional $20 for gas. Overall a poor experience.
Makenna DTire pressure monitoring was broken. There was trash in the vehicle.
