Ripped off, what I expected to cost $50 ended up $100, you corporate people ignored my complaint email. There will not be a future rental from me, and believe me I share with my friends and Facebook.
Gene HI wasn’t given the dolly or the furniture scooter thing but was charged for it. I also never received a refund for the miles I didn’t use.

Ngun HI dropped off trailer on Friday afternoon. I was asked to take pictures of the equipment to be uploaded in an email I would receive later that day. I never got that email. I did not get any type of acknowledgement that the trailer had been returned until Tuesday which indicated I dropped the equipment off on Sunday.
