My location was changed on me from a place that was closer to where I was moving. This meant I paid extra in mileage due to the change in location. I also put gas in the U-Haul before returning and was still charged an additional $20 for gas. Overall a poor experience.

Tire pressure monitoring was broken. There was trash in the vehicle.
