I believe one way rental agreements need to be told that if they rent it for so long, there’s no refund. I returned my trailer in one day rather than two with no refund. There was an invisible oil slick on the floor of the trailer that we tried to alleviate. We ended up putting a tarp down on the floor. The pick up point would not have been aware of this since the inside did look clean.

Michael WFruitland Hardware location has the most polite employees who's willing to assist with their equipment. They offer drop-off keys, very accurate with the mileage and gas gauges. I'd recommend this location if you want to be treated with the business respect that we all deserve.
