The address for the drop off site initially selected was not valid. We had to call and change the drop off site. It was a bit stressful but I would make sure that the address was correct for the drop off. When we called the number for the storage unit, they told us they were not affiliated with U-Haul. There was not a key box drop off either.

Jerome JThe equipment is located too far from the sales office. My trailer was boxed in by a couple of other pick up trucks from a neighboring business. When it rains, the water drains where the trailers and other equipment is parked. There are no supplies such as accessories needed for towing.
