This place is a ripoff. Overcharging/inflating for gas and cleaning. The vehicle needs to be junked. Horrible condition. When I brought it back no one was there to check it in. Cashier told me to they will email me a receipt. These people are predators.

Tanzy BThere was a person sleeping in the rental and it was on EMPTY!! Tire pressure and engine lights are one and the van was funky!!! Horrible experience!! Never ever will I got to Hop In for ANYTHING. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Anita MTried to complete reservation online, but was prompted with "no vehicle has been assigned to your reservation" when I got there, the clerk was kind and finished the reservation. The truck was missing part of the handle for the window, all the windows were filthy, check engine light on & no TPMS. Returned the truck cleaner than was given and still was charged a cleaning fee.
