Location in Morrisville was awful and uhaul customer service was extremely rude. Luckily location in Jeffersonville was good to help rectify the situation

On the drive home, the trailer hopped off the ball and slammed into the back of my car as I was trying to slow down, I almost lost control of the vehicle. The installer didn't tighten down the clamp nearly enough, thankfully the chains were attached at least. Absolutely negligent and dangerous.
