My issues and concerns have nothing to do with the location. The online check in didn't recognize my city. It was a half an hour between using the app and a phone call with customer service to workout the details. I was 30 minutes later than 24hrs and was charged for a second day. I was told the day before that it wouldn't have been a problem if i was a littlel ate. I ended up renting a smaller truck but was still charged the original rate for the large truck. The whole experience has left me not wanting to use uhaul again.
