I have used this location twice now over the last month, and both times the gentleman at the desk took great care of me. On my last visit, I reserved a truck that was too small for what I needed. I called him up, and he helped me get a bigger truck. Excellent customer service!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTold him about issues and he said nothing he can do about issue. I need to talk with uhaul. They are only a drop off location.
Michael RThere are no signs anywhere that say not to park in their parking. The owner basically chased me down and screamed at me for parking in their parking lot - and I am a paid customer. So bizarre and rude. Didn't ask. Didn't explain. Just yelled.
Shawn GWow... this UHaul's Location went ABOVE & BEYOND for us!! We didn't know they closed at noon and called just prior; they stayed almost 30-mins Later for us to ensure we GOT our Rented Trailer THAT DAY! Just excellent customer service and even showed us HOW-TO hook it all up. Very satisfied 😀
