I made reservation on line to pickup truck at 597 Luis Munoz Marin Blvd but on the day to pick up I received a text telling me to pick up at a different place in Communipaw St. I was so mad so I went to 597 L Munoz. Marin Blvd instead. I’m glad the guy helped me and cancelled the one in Communipaw. I hope you don’t just make changes without prior notice .

Customer service on the phone was horrible, a “manager” took a reservation and didn’t but it in the system, with a nasty attitude the whole time and gave me the wrong address
Scarlette MThis was the worst UHaul experience I've ever had. We were barely able to get our truck because they were closing early without any notification, even though we had a reservation for an hour later than our arrival. We had blankets reserved for weeks, and when we arrived, they said they didn't have any available and there was nothing they could do about it, so we had to go buy extra blankets, which is much more expensive. They rushed us through the pickup process, so they could leave and barely answered any questions. On top of that, when we arrived at our first stop, we discovered a drinking bottle that was filled with human pee and had spilled all over the back of the truck as we drove it, so we had to spend an hour cleaning the truck so my furniture wouldn't be soaked in pee. It was absolutely disgusting. There was also trash in the cab of the truck. Also, as we were driving, we went through a rainstorm and discovered the windshield wipers were broken and had to pull over. It was a horrific experience, and I recommend avoiding this location at all costs. Sadly, there still hasn't been any call back from corporate to deal with these issues either.
