I called twice to check the trailer was correct size and would be there. Never returned my phone call and trailer wasn't the right size when I showed up. Will be renting from a different place next time

Tez WI had to wait to pickup the vehicle because the owner was late getting the location open. The back Of the truck was dirty and not swept out and I was told at checkout that I wouldn’t be charged for anything more then what I was paying at the time of checkout and I get hit with a mileage charge!! Your company is a rip off and I won’t recommend it to anyone!!
JAMES DHave the trailer at the location on time. Not parked on the side of a busy highway in the mud. Could have used help pulling it out and hooking it up. I use U-Haul trailers and trucks for moving. I will never trust or use this location again.
