Timothy SI ordered my U-Haul from Gaffney and they said they had one but there wasn't one on lot. I had to drive an extra 17 miles to get one and gas isn't cheap
Latonya TEnsure hitch is secure prior to customer leaving location. Had a disconnection shortly after leaving location.
Brian FHave some type of lift assistance on the front nose of the trailer so older people can lift the trailer off the ball hitch
