I was charged an after hour fee even though I returned it to the location i was supposed to and followed all the online return directions.

the trailer wasnt at the location at the reserved time. Also did not have a dolly. He did help find one, though. But i had to go to another uhaul location. Im not sure who's problem this is...uhual scheduling ot the local Uhaul place
Ed CThe rep was not present and I was told that the U-Haul closed at 2pm my rental was 2:45pm. The rep was called on the phone and was very rude. I was told "you better have the truck back by 5pm I know that.". I will NEVER go back to this location. Terrible customer service!
Aniece BI returned the truck on the date stated on the contract. I dropped it off early that day and handed the key to the attendant. When I got my final invoice I am being charged for an extra day and after hours drop off. I shouldn't be charged those extra fees.
