How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a mess from the get go. First the truck we rented wasn't available. Then, your ouck up site didn't set up the mobile pick up. Then, it was another site that just didn't get the truck ready for mobile pick up. THEN, the pick up places lock box is set too high for a 5 ft tall woman, thankfully my 80 year old aunt could get on a chair to manipulate the lock. It was POSITIVELY ridiculous. The rep calling me for all these changes was........not suited for customer service with a problem. She spoke in questions, very hesitantly, just not a good demeanor for problem solving and creating a feeling of resolving the problems. We rented a truck, we got it done, but it was NOT a smooth easy process.
Mary ETrailer tire had a screw in the sidewall of the trailer resulting in a slow leak that wasn't noticeable until it was getting loaded. Due to our remote location and where the screw was located in the tire, it was recommended that I just replace the tire. Was not told that I had to call roadside assistance first in order to be able to get reimbursed for the cost of a new tire. Now I'm struggling with getting reimbursed for tire.

Selana TMike and his staff were amazing! Mike unhooked my tow dolly a 97 degree day. Another man helped back out the truck!! They were very flexible in letting my shuffle my car and the truck around! Thank you!!
