I needed the rental until five pm the next day which was 20 hrs they told me they couldn’t do that and to drop ot off the next day no charge as soon as they open which I did. Yet charged me for a full 48hrs. And the trailer had a bald tire.

The on line option made the pick up take longer then if I would have just picked it up in person
