When I got here the staff member was very helpful. However, he told me that I was supposed to have picked up the truck in High Point, NC. The information I had was to pick the truck up at Bodenhamer St. (I would never have picked a truck up in High Point, NC as it is too far away.) He was very helpful and cleared up things in the computer. He told me that I could return the truck in Boone, NC at any location and that he'd enter this in the computer. This was a perfect plan for me. Later that evening, I received a call from the UHaul office in High Point asking if I was coming to pick up the truck. I explained that I had already gotten the truck. She cancelled the reservation. (I was surprised that this happened - very confusing.)
