This location overcharged me for mileage plus an additional day with insurance as well and I dropped it off 23 minutes from the time I picked it up the day before.. had only 24 miles on the 30 miles a day I was allowed.. hard to tell how many other people this guy scams/steals or lies on.. thank god I had pictures with time stamp and date to prove I was taken advantage of! Recommend this location be investigated

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service, friendly and had the truck and equipment I needed.
Sherri CTruck was very clean and in good condition. All dings had been marked with adhesive “X” stickers.
Terry SI dropped off on a Sunday and they were closed so I can't speak to the people there but it would have been a bit helpful to have it more clearly marked where to park when the gate was closed. I was pulling a trailer so I would have blocked a car in at the building next door or the entrance to the adjacent parking lot had I just parked against the fence. I just parked in the adjacent parking lot which was clearly marked NOT to do but didn't have much of an option and figured they were unlikely to tow a towing trailer.
