Carlos SBack to my original comments. The drop off location was outstanding in terms of service. The challenge is that the location I originally reserved was changed when I picked up my U-Haul. This change added miles to my drop off of which I was not compensated for. From the moment I reserved, I indicated that this was a one-way rental. I recognize certain U-Haul sites do not honor one-way rentals, however, these locations should not be included on the website should when I clearly indicated that I was looking for a one-way rental. These last-minute changes the day of are unacceptable. Based on this, I will not recommend U-Haul and will do my best to not use them in the future.
