It was closed on Sundays which is okay, but the drop off box was not easy to find, grass overgrown near it on the fence, no specific parking spot for the truck. No signage or any instructions. Place was not welcoming. There was another uhaul location nearby that I saw while driving and it was more inviting and with official signage, it was only a block over, i would've preferred dropping the truck off at that location instead.

Junelly CWe started off rocky due to a misunderstanding i was NOT happy but it got worked out he changed his tone and was very sweet and accommodating however the truck was not cleaned cup under the seat spilled drink on the dash previously customers paperwork still in the truck with her earnings in the radio
Lynn GThe rep connected our trailer that had a flat tire. After we pointed it out we wasted time in having to get another one. Then upon returning it, no one was there to receive it. We had to disconnect the equipment ourselves. Very poor service.
