To drop off the trailer I had to drive 50 minutes away just to drop it off. I moved my son to Yakima, WA and delivered to trailer all the away out in the booneys (Kittitas, WA). It was a gas station with a Uhaul in the middle of farm land. I can't believe Yakima, WA with almost 100k people didn't have a closer drop off. I tried to get it changed and couldn't get it switched.

The interior of the truck cab was quite dirty. Also I had ordered furniture blankets as part of my move but I was only informed that the Kittitas location doesn’t have blankets when I arrived. On the plus side, both at pickup and return, the staff at the store dealt with me promptly and professionally.
John BLocated at a busy, filthy gas station/convenience store. I had to request assistance with lifting the hitch. Wait time not great, behind several customers buying food and gas. I prefer the Ellensburg location that is a dedicated UHaul location. Much cleaner, friendlier, and helpful.
Maureen RBit of a long wait but once I got seen they were helpful in getting me what I needed. I do feel like I was way overcharged for a 10 footer but at least I didn’t have to drive the 26 footer.
Nick JI was disappointed that the trailer did not have a jack. I had to lift the trailer onto the hitch.
