This drop off location had zero indication for where to drop off a rental and even with address information in hand, I was not confident I was in the right place. Calling in was no help. UHaul always seems to have at least a 1 hour wait to speak with a person. I was able after several minutes to get limited information using the live chat option. Plain and simple, UHaul needs to up their game. Your support is terrible.

Andrew G“Does not carry cash” so my cash deposit will be sent via check and “doesn’t know when it will arrive”. Very aggressive. Very quick to shut you down while speaking. Is it because I’m black or female or both? Not sure. But very unwelcoming and most importantly “doesn’t carry cash”
