I made reservation at this location and was changed to another location with only email confirmation. No asked if I was ok changing locations. When I showed up to pick my truck up they told me to go to the other location. I protested and said i booked this location specifically because I have a storage unit here that I’m emptying today after two years. The “general manager” told me I could cancel my reservation if I was unhappy and there was nothing they could do. I suggested they could go pick my truck up or offer me truck from their location. I asked for his name and told him his customer service sucked. He again threatened to cancel my reservation because I was upset that the truck I reserved was not available at the location I needed the truck. If they were over booked then I would have rented somewhere else. After much conversation I decided to go to the second location. There was construction all around the location that made it impossible to pull my semi close to office. This confirmed my reasoning for renting from the first location. I walked across the dirt road to the office. Overall a very frustrating experience. Reservations should not be changed without customer consent! If a location is sold out they should move the trucks not expecting the customer to travel for pickup.

Very slow check in time, over 1/2 hour, he had computer problems. PREVIOUS to this, we went to Uhaul store and were told that pick up place had changed to the a tow truck, repair service...it reaked of gas fumes...This service, in general, was not what we expected. Shocks on truck need to be checked as well.
connie sMy reservation was changed at the last minute to a location that i didn't want to go to. the online check in process was long and tedious and also didn't work correctly. the mileage was wrong for the vehicle and it wouldn't let me change it without getting an error so i had to put the wrong mileage in during checkin and checkout.

David PI want to thank the gentleman I talked to right before 1700 on Thursday, April 23rd who works at Craig’s Towing. He secured a truck for us on the spot to help move all our daughter’s wedding stuff out to their venue in Caledonia, MN. The people we spoke to on the U-haul number would not work with us and told us we could only get it on Friday. So huge shout out and thank you to CRAIGS TOWING!
