Location didn’t seem to want to be a U-Haul location. They did the paperwork encouraged me to take extra miles to avoid overcharge on the back end which I did. Turned out I didn’t really need them.
Shane HA fellow came out to greet me even after hours and said the lady inside would check everything tomorrow and just call if any problems. I love that personal help rather than relying on the app.
