Good evening, thank you for the rental. It was exactly what I needed to move a few items without making multiple pick up truck trips. It’s a real time saver. The truck was very clean. I did not have any problems on my 7 mile journey. As I do with all rental trucks I do have a before leaving the property full 360 video and returning 360 video. The truck did not have any major dents to the body. It’s just had stencil scaring from branches on both sides as well as to passenger cab. I know this is common with low hanging branches. I work in the waste industry so branch scaring is common. I do have the pictures the stencil scaring was there already there. If you would like any of the pictures please call or email. I will be happy to send them. There was nothing mechanically wrong with the truck so it’s ready for the next user. Also want to shout out tech support. I always wait to make sure all lights go off before leaving so no dead battery. I was nervous about the interior truck bed lights. He said that they have an auto time out. I’m sure that saves so many dead batteries so smart thinking. The app is pleasant to use, it’s very user friendly. It made the after hour return so easy.

Mary AI showed up on time and the person working knew nothing about rentals of the truck. It took 30 minutes of my moving time to figure it out. Then upon returning again he knew nothing about returning the truck. Lost time using truck and had to wait. Not good service.
