This is not a reflection on the pickup location, but the reliability of the app--the app was malfunctioning at pickup time and the facility wasn't open, so I was not able to retrieve my truck until later in the day

Dana SThe trailer seemed fine when picked up. On my journey the driver side rear leaf spring snapped...causing left rear tire to run against the metal bracket and chain. This is after 333 miles. On day 2 same day tire gets replaced after arriving to second location 489 miles both tires on right side were down to the silver wire of the tires...should have blown. Well made tires thank god. If it wasnt for the tow truck driver who came and cared...me and my girl would have more than likely had a huge blow out hauling our tacoma Which fyi i think is to heavy for that trailer...not happy with this situation at all...ive worked for uhaul in the past. #1 goal is equipment safety. Idk if its getting over looked but this is the worst move ive ever had idk if its the so called locations fault but this is wild that within 24 hrs this has happened. My 26ft also the ramp is stuck and wont come out at all...
MICHAEL FPurchased equipment was not in the truck. Truck was not available at pick up time. Had to go back later in the day when the facility was open to get moving equipment. Not a smooth process.
