How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was very crowded and tricky to access the lot. It also was in the next city over from the city I traveled too. When choosing to pick a drop off location there wasn't one available in the city I was going too. However later I drove past a U-Haul location not far from my final location I used the online drop off because I was at the drop off location before they opened. An employee came out and made sure I had everything I needed.
Tim HExtremely unprofessional and rude. I had a terrible experience with Singh. He was condescending, insulting, mean, and unprofessional. He needs to be released from him position immediately. I will never support U-Haul ever again and will encourage others to do the same. Absolutely vile human being with zero respect or customer service. I’m mortified from my experience.
Chinasa OService was fast and proper
Al BLocation was a small dirty “auto shop”. There were several people sitting and visiting together who I clearly interrupted making it feel very uncomfortable. I gave in the key and asked if that was all. “Yes” was the answer…no more interaction than that. No one checked the truck. I returned it approximately 4pm on the 3rd and was not checked in (or I didn’t receive a confirmation of it being checked in) until the 4th around 10am.
