Melissa HThe biggest problem that I have always had with U haul is returning your vehicle to the location that was set up for return. The company changed the location which was fine except that rental company refused to take your property. I had to call corporate to get it returned to the original return location. It was a pain. I don't know if I will ever use U haul again
Corina SI had to drive the truck at night and the headlights were terrible. The left one was pointed left and down and the right one was pointed down and right so I could barely see the road which was very dangerous. I am very upset with this. The rental location was excellent and helpful but the headlight situation was unacceptable.
