The directions weren’t clear on where to find the lock box. The app said the lock was on the back of the truck there wasn’t any lock. I used the chat feature to ask and they had me looking all over the truck still no key. I asked the clerk at the gas station he was clueless. I had to call in and was told to find a lock box on the building. It took over an hour to get the truck.

Ronny RThe online check in process is wack af! Directions say to go the lock box on the back of the truck. News flash- There isn't one. The lockbox is on the building. So I had to go in and talk to someone anyways. Caused a delay of over 30 minutes. The guy that helped me was awesome though. Very polite and courteous.
