How U-Haul Reviews Workif I did have a smart phone to down load tje app they had no idea who to rent and told me to do it on line. same when returned they had no internet and I had to do everything on line... I do not work for Uhaul and do not think I have to do everything to reserve the truck and check the truck back in and there is no discount for for doing the work of others
