The straps on the auto transport would not prepared for us so we got to our location. It took us two hours to fix them.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe personnel at the U-Haul drop off location were very polite and professional.
Michael LThe pickup was very different from the video I had been sent. The combination locks were metal and Rusty and extremely difficult to open. There was another person next to me who also couldn't get hers open for a very long time. Because it was a mobile pick up, I didn't get the sheet of paper that says how much gas I needed and so there were no instructions about starting the vehicle or how much gas to put in. The night before when I called U-Haul they had told me my reservation had been canceled and then I had to talk to someone else who said it was still there. Prior to that, it had been moved to another location and I had to move it back. The whole experience was very stressful
Joyce PEveryone at the location was friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and well-maintained. Pick up was seamless.
Christine MReally nice people. Easy check in and check out.
