There was no person at this location. It was very odd. We had to drop off the trailer, and take pictures of it, fill out information online, and then leave. It was very uncomfortable.

I was confused most of the time when i arrived. They didn't really explain what was going on and if anything was needed. It went smoothly, but they barely told me anything, they just typed on the computer while I waited finalizing my rental. Also, very tight exit and hard to take a left turn out of.

Roseanna O1. We were on a time crunch for moving, and despite saying that the location opened at 10, the doors didn’t open until 10:15. And the computers weren’t started up, etc., so we had to wait even longer to get our vehicle. 2. Our reservation was given away twice and we were given very little heads up about this, which made the experience extremely challenging. What’s the point of paying for a reservation if it’s not going to be reserved? The whole point of a reservation is that it’s held for you. U-Haul doesn’t reserve trucks, it says “maybe you’ll get it, but maybe not.” Calling it a reservation is dishonest.
