J'avais réservé à Rimouski, le camion était à Québec, ils m'ont chargé 60$ d'extra pour un retard et des couvertes, je l'ai ramené la bonne journée et je n'ai pas utilisé de couvertes

The return process was equally frustrating due to major technical glitches. Upon arrival, my reservation had completely disappeared from the app without a trace. I had to log into the main website just to locate my booking. The site repeatedly failed to upload my return photos, forcing me to attempt the process three separate times. Because the system does not allow you to upload existing photos from your phone's gallery, every failed attempt required me to walk around the vehicle and retake every picture from scratch. What should have been a 5-minute drop-off ended up wasting 25 minutes of my time, as well as the time of the person waiting to drive me home.

Sylvain LNous avons dû aller chercher notre camion à Lévis! C’est à 1h30 de route de Victoriaville. Cela a occasionné une perte de temps au travail en plus d’avoir à débourser pour de l’essence sur notre véhicule personnel ainsi que de l’essence supplémentaire pour le camion de location. La location initiale était de Victoriaville à St-Hubert. Nous aurions de loin préféfé prendre le location à Victoriaville.
