It was a self service location. Leave the truck in a vacant lot and self check out with the app. Wasn’t expecting that but the guy I spoke to over the phone explained the process. Using the app in bright sun shine was hard. Color choice made it hard to read to know which photo to take next. The app dev team may want to do some testing of those screens in really bright sunlight and adjust the colors or font size to make it easier.
