I wanted the bigger truck, at the time I didn’t know why it would not let me rent it. The day before I get a text to pickup at a different location further from my house! When I called I found out they wouldn’t rent me the bigger truck one way, even on Long Island, so they offered to cancel my reservation?? Couldn’t do that but I failed to read that the 10’ truck had no ramp, which is stupid! We could not move a refrigerator, that was a priority. Now I’ll need to rent another truck but it will NOT be from uhaul! $19.99 is NOT what you charge!!

sherrye mAttendant needs to be trained on how to use the system. Had to call another location to walk him through how to issue a contract and equipment. Also I had to hook up my own trailer, not a huge deal, but not what Im used to from past experiences.
