The employee was very friendly and did her best, but she was working alone and seemed unfamiliar with parts of the system. Unfortunately, the equipment and overall pickup process left a lot to be desired. The truck was caked in dirt, and the windshield wipers were worn out and needed replacement. The first auto transport trailer I was assigned was buried behind other trucks and trailers, so I had to return to the office in 105+ temps to be assigned a different one. Because the employee was the only person working, she wasn't available to help hook up the trailer or assist with loading my vehicle. Overall, the pickup took about 90 minutes because the truck and trailer weren't ready when I arrived. I appreciate the employee's kindness and effort, but the location appeared understaffed and unprepared, making what should have been a quick pickup much more time-consuming.

Dennis MThis is the worse experience EVER! I was first person there when they opened. The lady made me wait while she waited on her “customers as I was not her customer”. She gave me a trailer number and told me to go find it. She would not even come help as she had “real customers” to wait on. I am 75 years old and not anywhere near strong enough to haul that tongue onto my hitch! I have never been treated do poorly and I have been renting from you for years! Thankfully a young man was listening and came out to help me. I would never go back here again! If you move me to that location, I will cancel! And to boot…the trailer was filthy, inside and out!
