There was no help offered at this location. The store employee did not seem to know what to do with the trailer. He did check it back in, he didn't offer to help disconnect the trailer, and he did not check the contract. He was too busy flirting with the two teenage girls in the the store.
Kenny MI reserved the truck online for a Saturday pick up, was later called and told it wasn’t going to be available until 10am the next day. Pushed it to next day, waited 2 hours past that at the location for the truck.
