How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person I talked to him to reserve the truck I believe his name was Johan very helpful and professional and reserving the truck was very easy
soraya zThe truck was not ready for the mobile pick up. According to U-Haul Support, the location did not execute the required procedures on their end to allow for mobile pick up. As a result, I had to make multiple phone calls to both U-Haul and the local representative with this location to actually drive off with the truck. This interaction took almost an additional hour. Also to note, the truck I had reserved for alomst 4 months was not available at the location I selected. The day before pick up I was notified that my pickup location has changed and was over 40 minutes away causing issues with my moves timeline.
