Didn’t love that I didn’t get much of an explanation of the process or expectations. As someone who’s never rented a U-Haul before I was a bit confused and the process took longer than it needed to. I also don’t like “my name” being signed to a contract on my behalf. I would’ve preferred a physical copy. Overall though the process was smooth both with pick up and return so I’d recommend and return if ever I’m in the need.
