The location was great. My experience with U-Haul was not. I reserved a box trailer and you call the day before to tell me it was available, but I could get it at a location 30 miles away. It would have resulted in 120 miles of extra driving. I selected a different trailer which worked but resulted in more work to tie down, etc. Additionally the alternate trailer was at a location that opened later and caused for a delay in my plans. Your agent treated me as if she was doing me a favor rather than recognizing the problems. Again, the Lotus location was great and I would rent from them. U-Haul corporate was awful and I would avoid renting in the future
