Jessica JThe contract needs to be given to the customer to review and the customer should be allowed to sign the contract themselve. The customer should be told what needs to be completed using the U-Haul app. A walk around should be completed to point out any prior damage.
Homer NOwner called me and stated that he was going to call local law enforcement to report the equipment stolen. Owner had not checked the lot or cameras, equipment was indeed on lot blamed on the mix up on "my kidney stones is acting up".
